Mr. Ajoy Menon leads Enncon with over four decades of engineering experience in India and overseas. He’s known for practical, cost effective design and project delivery — built from leadership roles at Sterling & Wilson, Voltas International and others. His Focus is planning and timely execution.
Mrs. Shweta Chawathe is a director responsible for procurement & service (AMC) operations. With an MBA and a decade of focused experience, she builds systems and processes that keep projects on schedule. Her hands-on approach to ERP helps Enncon meet commitments reliably.
Mr. Abhijit Mirajkar - CEO and a mechanical engineer by training. He leads business development and project execution. With over 25 years’ industry experience. The kind of practical leadership that keeps projects moving.
T N Raju heads our southern operations with 35 years of MEP experience. He has worked with leaders like Voltas and Sterling & Wilson and spent time in Gulf markets as well. Raju is a trusted on-site leader — technically strong, calm under pressure, and excellent at understanding client needs.
Gulab is a founding member who manages procurement with a techno-commercial lens. He has 25 years of experience in sales and channel development, working with brands such as TATA Press, Henkel, Mitsubishi Electric & Heavy, and Carrier. Gulab’s strength is finding the right equipment, negotiating suppliers, and keeping material deliveries aligned with project timelines.
Mr. Amit, Chief Financial Officer, brings over 35 years of extensive financial leadership to Enncon. With deep expertise in strategic planning and financial management he plays a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s financial foundation. He drives financial innovation, supports strategic decision-making, and ensures that the company continues to expand on a solid and well-managed foundation.
